But what exactly does a healthy office atmosphere look like? From our point of view, the open-space office concept provides us with the answer to this question. 

The idea behind this is to design the office in such a way that it offers space for exchange and communication as well as enough room to work efficiently. The most important thing is the "we" feeling, i.e. all employees should be equally integrated into the office concept, regardless of their respective position at Dengler Engineering. 

We have invested a total of around 500,000 euros in the implementation of the open space office. With success: our office now offers space for about 70 state-of-the-art office and CAD workstations with height-adjustable electric desks. In addition, we have designed some spacious meeting rooms and coffee lounges. Our lighting is fully equipped with energy-saving LED technology, which equally protects the environment and creates a pleasant working atmosphere.
